The Things Couples Actually Ask
What actually makes this different from the $99 package?
The $99 Signature is generated from a written questionnaire and delivered in 24 hours — it is genuinely good, and plenty of couples are delighted with it. Close & Personal starts with a 30–45 minute conversation, which is a different thing entirely: nuance, tone, the things you would never think to type into a form, and a producer making creative decisions rather than a template filling in blanks. You also get unlimited minor revisions rather than a single re-generation. If this is the song you walk onto the floor to in front of everyone you love, that difference is the whole point.
When do we actually pay anything?
Not until after we have spoken. Requesting the consultation costs nothing and no payment is taken on the call itself. Once we have agreed the direction and your price in writing, a deposit starts production and is credited in full toward your total — it is not an extra fee. The balance is due on delivery. If the call happens and you decide it is not for you, you have paid nothing.
What if we hate it?
Then we keep working. Close & Personal includes unlimited minor revisions — tell us specifically what is not landing (a lyric, the tempo, the vocal, a line that reads wrong) and we fix it. Revising is the process, not a complaint. What we cannot do is act on "it just is not right" with no detail, so come to us with specifics and we will get there.
Can we pick the genre and the type of voice?
Yes — genre, era, tempo, instruments and vocal type (female, male, duet, choir, or instrumental only) are all yours to choose, and we will talk them through on the call. If you have a reference artist or a song you love the feel of, bring it. We will not copy it, but we will use it to aim.
Can we use our own lyrics, or a poem one of us wrote?
Absolutely, and it happens more often than you would think. Bring what you have to the consultation — finished, half-finished, or a single line you have always said to each other — and your producer will shape it into a song structure that sings.
How long is the song, and will it work for a choreographed dance?
We build first dance songs around a realistic dance length and we shape the intro and the ending so the moment starts and finishes cleanly. If you are working with a choreographer or dance instructor, tell us on the call — we can target a tempo and a structure they can actually work with, and get them the lyric sheet.
Can we play it at the reception and put it on social media?
Yes. Playing it at your wedding and sharing it on your personal social media is exactly what it is for. Close & Personal songs are made under our own licensed music account, and commercial licensing may be available on request — just ask.
Can someone sing it live on the night?
